You may choose expedited production which will guarantee production of your custom stencil within 24 hours (business days only) for $45.00. This option is only available by calling 800-334-1776 or 860-395-0150.

Custom Cutting F.A.Q.
All custom cut/ lettering sales are final. There are no returns on custom cut/ lettering stencils. Any order placed with us that is cancelled prior to shipment will only recieve 50% of the total paid. Anything that has been shipped cannot be returned. Once you submit your order to Stencil Ease we are not responsible for misspelled words that we receive. Please review your order very carefully since we cut exactly what you send to us. Also, if you make phrase changes (word changes) to your order you will be charged an additional $35.00 change fee. We are also not responsible for sizing issues that are a direct result of incorrectly entered measurements. Please measure all areas where you will be placing your text PRIOR to placing your order and consider your measurements carefully - read all pertinent information available on our web site - it is there to help you measure correctly. If you increase your letter height after placing your order, you will be charged an additional amount according to our preview above. If you are unsure in any way about your measurements or text, please contact us.
