How to Use the 2-Part Handicap Parking Stencil

1. Use the first stencil to frame and paint the background (usually blue).
2. Position and apply the second stencil for the handicap symbol (usually white or yellow).
3. Apply paint in multiple, thin, even coats to prevent paint bleeding under the stencil. 
   
4. Carefully remove the stencil.

NOTE: Most painting contractors order 1/8" thick material if they plan on reusing the stencil for years. The 1/16" is fine for occasional use. Both are great products that have been in the field for years.

1/16th inch (60 mil) LLDPE:  Our Standard Duty material has all the qualities of our Contractor Grade at half the weight. The lighter weight and lower price point is a great option for the non-professional. Can be used dozens of times and can be cleaned and stored for future maintenance.

10 mil Mylar: Our Laser-cut Mylar is an ultra-light flexible material that is perfect for signs, walls, floors, and tight work spaces.
